In order to setup FileZilla, follow the steps given below:

1. Once you’ve downloaded and installed FileZilla, launch the program.

2. Navigate to File tab > Site Manager Menu.

3. Click on New Site to configure the new connection:

4. The recommended (FTP) settings are as follows:

1. 1. Host:  Domainname.com or Server IP
   2. Port: 21
   3. Encryption: Only use plain Ftp (insecure)
   4. Logon Type: Normal
   5. User: your Ftp username
   6. Password: your Ftp password.

5. Click Connect.

6. After successful connection you will get the success status and the file directories.

Note:  You will only see the file/folders of which you have given access while creating the FTP account in your hosting panel.
