When you are working on your website and there is a code error. Our security system suspects it as threat i.e. someone is trying to breach into your website. So, it blocks the IP, where code was tried to be modified.

In order to prevent IP block, While working on your website you need to disable  mod security of that website until you are finished working, after the work is done you need to enable mod security.

1. Login into your cPanel using https://linux.genxwhosting.com:2083/ .
2. Type mod security in search text box.
3. Click on Mod security.
4. On top, below “Configure All Domains” Click on “Enable” or “disable”
5. Click on “disable all”if appears

Your Mod security is enabled or disabled now.
