1. Login into client area using https://genxwhosting.com/clientarea.php  link.

2. Click on “Domains” next to “Dashboard and Services”.

3. On the My Domains page, Click on the domain for which you want to change Whois information/Contact Information (Do not click on the link).

4. Click on Contact Information in the left sidebar.

5. On Contact Information page, Select Specify custom information below in Registrant Contact and Admin Contact.

6. Now Select Specify custom information below in Registrant and Admin Contact and fill out both contact details.

7. Now Select Specify custom information below in Billing and Tech Contact and fill out both contact details.

8. Click on Save Changes to save your custom contact information.
