To transfer cPanel from one server to other, you should have root access of both the server.
Below are the steps to transfer cPanel from old server to new one.
1. Login in Your new Server WHM via root access.
2. Click on Transfer Tool link under Transfers section on left side in WHM.
3. Fill Form with correct details of your old sever, from where you want to fetch cPanel and then click on Fetch Account List Button.
4. Now, New server will create a session with old server, to fetch its account.
5. Once session establlised, It will show you all the packages and cPanel account of old server.You can select the account/packages that you want to copy on your new server by clicking on checkbox button on left side. and then clcik on copy button.
Note: Only 10 accounts are shown by default, change from drop down on left.
