1. Login into cPanel.
2. Search for “MultiPHP INI Editor” in searchbar and open it.
3. Select domain name in dropdown & enable the allow_url_fopen setting
4. Click on Apply.
5. If 3rd Point is not present than ask System Administrator to enable "allow_url_fopen" for that PHP version.
