How to resolve Bandwidth Limit Exceeded Error

1) Login to WHM. You can login to WHM via following URLs.

https://domain_name.com:2087
http://domain_name:2086

2) Now find out the plan used by cPanel account having "bandwidth limit exceeded" issue.

3) Now edit the same package to increase the bandwith with the help of below article.

Modifying existing Package in WHM

You can change the existing plan and upgrade to higher bandwidth plan.

1) Click on '+' icon to expand the more options and click on "Change Plan"

2) Now select the plan to upgrade the plan to increase bandwidth and click on "Upgrade/Downgrade".

Ugrade / Downgrade

Note1: Upgrade/downgrade account does not takes care of the bandwidth error instantly. After you upgrade your domain to higher bandwidth package from your reseller WHM you will still have to do "Limit Bandwidth Usage" for changes to take affect instantly.
