How to get EPP code and disable transfer lock via client area
1. Login into client area using https://genxwhosting.com/clientarea.php link.
2. Click on “Domains” next to “Dashboard and Services”.
3. On the My Domains page, Click on the domain for which you want to change name servers (Do not click on the link).
4. Click on Get EPP Code on the left sidebar.
5. The EPP Code will be sent to your registered email id.
To Disable Registrar Lock/Transfer Lock follow the steps given below:
1. Click on Registrar lock on manage domain page at the left side bar.
2. Click on Disable Registrar Lock, if it is already disabled, then you don’t need to do anything in that.
3. After the Registrar Lock is disabled, it will show Success Message and will display status of lock.
