1. Login to your Parallels Plesk Panel.
2. Click on the Domains link on the left panel
3. Click on the Domain in which you want to add SPF record, control pannel will appear.
4. Click on DNS Settings.
5. Click on the Add Record icon.
6. Select TXT From the drop down list.
7. Leave the Domain name field blank and enter "v=spf1 a mx all" SPF record in the TXT record field.
8. To apply the SPF record to the DNS zone press the Update button.
