How to raise a Support Ticket

1. Login to your client area.

 

2. Click on submit ticket in the menu bar.

 

3. Select the appropriate department:

     a. Technical: Raise a ticket in technical department for the service related issues (Technical).

     b. Sales: Raise a ticket in sales department for sales related queries of hosting service or domains.

     c. Billing: Raise a ticket in billing department for billing related queries.

     d. Abuse: Raise a ticket in abuse department for Placing Spam, Abuse, Phishing reports.

 

4. Fill the details along with the query/issue in the message box.

 

5. You will get a unique ticket id for future reference.
