To reseller in WHM, you should have root access of the server.
Below are the steps to create reseller Panel in your server.

1. Login to WHM.

2. In Account Function >>Create a New Account menu.

3. To speed up account creation, we recommend adding Packages - specific set of features for default use during cPanel account creation.

4. Fill out the Information fields given below:

    1. Choose the domain you are assigning to the account in the Domain textbox.
    2. Enter the username you are assigning to the account in Username textbox or leave the one created by default.
    3. Type the password you are assigning to the account. Passwords are case sensitive and must be at least 6 characters in length and contain at least one number and one symbol.
    4. Enter the email id.

    5. Select the package type for this account in the Package field if you have created one. If you want to create a manual package, put a check mark in Select options manually field.

    6. Check the check box of "Make the account a reseller"

    7. If there is any specific reason to use customer’s domain registry name servers put a check mark in this field, otherwise, leave Use domain registry name servers unchecked.

5. Once ready, click on Create.

6. If the account creation has been successful you will see a message Congratulations! Your Account has been created successfully.
